[dropcap2]Q[/dropcap2]if an elderly couple are selling there house, but dont want to move out until 6 months away. a couple want to buy it but are renting a place and have another 4 motnhs on their lease. that means the sellers will have two months extra that they would not want to move out and the buyers are left with no housing for another two months. Can the agent ask the buyers to try and get an extention on their lease? is that the best thing to do??
[dropcap2]A[/dropcap2]That might be 1 solution. another would be to delay the closing to get it closer to the occupancy date. Since it seems that possession is an issue, working with all parties involved would be the best approach.
