Q: we’re looking at a condo that has the price reduced cause it needs tlc. we can do all the work and the place should appreciate by at least $50k. We are wondering is there a place to look for silent partner investors?
A: The best source would be through investment associations such as REIA. ( http://www.reiaofmacomb.com/ ) or, just asking people you know. Another would be through your Real Estate agent. They come in contact with investors of all types & levels.Lastly, you could always try to find someone ‘online’ but, be very cautious with this method.
