My daughter and I own a condo in a senior development. She lives there with her hubby who is over 55 and qualifies her to live there, she is only 40. His name is no where on the deed. They are talking divorce now, and she’s worried that she may be forced out of the condo due to her age.
Are her fears grounded?

Look at the condo association by-laws. they spell out all the concerns you might have about this & many other issues, some of which you didn’t even think about yet. All owners should have a copy. If not, then you can get another copy from the association or a neighbor.
