Q: My husband and I are looking at a house that the sellers are not using an agent. But had help through a company called “Hybrid ???” and set up the fliers and the sellers had the open house. Now our question is should we find an agent or can we save the money, hire the inspector and let the VA will be handling the mortgage.
A: This is no time to be ‘cheap’ !! Most times a buyers agent will be compensated by the seller or listing company. You really need legal representation! At least hire a Real Estate attorney (although, now you would be paying). Keep in mind that the sellers already chose this route – don’t go down the same road – unless you have your EYES WIDE OPEN! You have been warned.
