Q: I am in the beginning phase of looking for a house to buy and after looking at numerous models I think I found the one I want. Q. The house I am looking at will be a new build with options. It has a 3 car tandum garage with an option to add either a bonus room with a door leading into the laundry room. The other option would be adding the same room calling it a master suit and it opens to the master bathroom. Which option would have the best turn around for resale?

A: No Question – Master bedroom & bath, without a doubt, has the higher resale value. Now, if you have an adjacent laundry area – say close to both the master bedroom & easy access to the rest of the house, that would be even better!!
