Bad Condo Association

Q: I have listed my condo, however, to association hasn’t do a great job maintaining the property. We have set a low price, but what else can i do to distract from the lack of care for the facility?

A: You can lower the price to the point where the buyer doesn’t care as much or, you (& any other sellers in the complex) can attend the next association meeting & make a strong case – demand some minimum items be taken care of. Then, you & the other sellers (maybe even some existing owners with some pride left) can do some sprucing up yourself.
