A. There should be a clause with that specific timeframe in the listing agreement you signed. I would strongly suggest, however, that you don’t try & do this alone (by owner). Most of the work involved start with the purchase agreement (which is imperative to get right the first time). In today’s market, easily 30% of ‘sales’ never make it to the closing table. Doing it on your own will only increase those odds – dramatically! Why don’t you talk with you agent & see if you can work something out.
