Answer: That will be up to your currentlender. Most of the time, they will not allow a transfer. Once in a great while, they will allow the current mortgage to be assumed, but the person assuming the loan must re-qualify. My guess would be that they will want your daughter to get a new mortgage alltogether. More money in it for the bank.
