I have a client who just purchased a house with the seller paying 6% if their closing costs (tat equals $5760 on the $96,000 purchase price).Find yourself a ‘buyers agent’& discuss what you are looking for & that you are interested in finding a property that offers seller concessions. You should have a ‘list’ of places to consider.
