If i put an offer on a realestate listing through a broker’s listing,does the realtor ,by law,have to submit it? all offers should be presented as soon as possible (time is of the essence is usually ‘standard wording’ in most contracts)

my grandmother has a house left to her by her father she never changed the deed how can I buy it? You need the guidance & counsel of a REALTOR (& the title company they use) & / or a real estate Attorney. This is not uncommon & can be done.
